3. Accepting the Terms. By buying or using a Programme you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not enrol.
4. Minors. If you are under 16, a parent or guardian must consent to the processing of your personal data (Art. 8 GDPR). If you are under 18 the contract itself also requires parental consent.
